1. Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible, your reason must meet one of the following:

• Product not delivered
• Technical issues not resolved by our support team
• Duplicate transaction

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• License keys once activated
• Renewal payments
• Promotional or discounted purchases

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@guardiancore.com with your order ID, reason for refund, and registered email address. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

4. Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
